Our return processing time

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Thebikelobby.com’s hours of service are Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm (EST).

Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Saturday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected] to our customer service Matthew Nichols. We will give you priority processing.

How do I cancel my order?

Thank you for your interest and support of Thebikelobby.com, we value your shopping experience.

In order for you to enjoy a better shopping service, we provide an online order cancellation function, which we hope will meet your needs.

On the account order details page, you can find the option to cancel your order and follow the instructions.

Please note that the valid cancellation time is two hours, i.e. the order can be cancelled within two hours after the order is placed.

If your order has already been packaged and processed, then it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be delivered directly to the logistics company for delivery after they are packaged, and we are unable to perform further operations. Please understand our work.

What is our Return Policy?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Bike products arrives. If you have received the Bike products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

To return or exchange the Bike product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Bike, we will prioritize your order. Returns of Bike products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of Bike products should be made within 14 natural days.

(2) Bike products purchased from Thebikelobby.com.

(3) The Bike should be in new condition.

(4) Bike products have non-human caused quality problems (such as wear, brake failure, loose pedals, etc.) during use.

(5) All accessories about Bike (including packaging, package filler) need to be returned together when returning the product. 

Please send the Bike product in its original packaging to 1823 Tennessee St, Michigan City, Indiana.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Name of courier company

– Tracking number

About return shipping cost

(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as wear, brake failure, loose pedals, etc.) with Bike, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Storagesboxs.com.

(2) If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

How do I get a Refund?

When a return request is created by your Thebikelobby.com and you have sent your package to the Thebikelobby.com return address.

Thebikelobby.com will perform a quality check after signing for your returned package.

If your returned item meets the requirements of the Thebikelobby.com return policy, we will immediately process your refund.
