Our order processing time

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Thebikelobby.com’s hours of service are Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm (EST).

Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Saturday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected] to our customer service Matthew Nichols. We will give you priority processing.

Where do we ship from?

Our warehouse address is 1823 Tennessee St, Michigan City, Indiana, and your Bike products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

We are well aware of the needs and preferences of the US market for bikes.

Our products and services are selected according to the needs and preferences of the US market to ensure that customers can get the best bike experience.

Currently, we only serve the U.S. market.

What is our Shipping Cost?

For all USA orders, we ship free of charge using Fedex Shipping with no courier fees and orders are delivered within 2-6 days of shipment.

Our Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 3-9 business days. The details will be as follows:

Orders placed before the cut-off time of 4:00 pm.

(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

About the packaging & Sign for receipt

Since our bike products have many parts and some parts are sharp, when packing we will pack the bike parts and the main body separately, and packed in plastic foam bags and cartons to ensure the integrity of the product. 

After bike products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.

You can also get the courier company and the tracking number in “account order details“.

After receiving the Capsule Coffee Organizer, if the damage is found (such as wear, brake failure, loose pedals, etc.), please email us via [email protected], and we will offer a return or exchange for you.
